This policy explains how Azov Group LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through azovgroup.com. We keep things straightforward — no legalese walls, just an honest explanation of what we collect and why.

What We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact forms:

• Selling inquiry form: your name, email address, phone number, and property address
• General contact form: your name, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message

Our web server also automatically logs standard technical information when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard for virtually every web server on the internet.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry or request
• Provide the real estate services you asked about
• Follow up on property valuations or listing discussions

That's it. We don't use your data for advertising, profiling, or anything beyond responding to what you asked us about.

How We Store Your Information

Form submissions are delivered to us via email through our email delivery provider. Our server infrastructure uses encrypted connections and is hosted on secured servers. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Period.

The third-party services that process your data are:

• Resend — our email delivery service, which transmits form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes the data solely for email delivery purposes.
• Twilio — our SMS delivery provider, used to send transactional notifications and two-factor authentication codes to BuildTrack Pro users. Twilio processes phone numbers solely for message delivery purposes.

We may also share information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

SMS and Phone Number Data

If you are a BuildTrack Pro user, we may collect your phone number to provide:

• Two-factor authentication (2FA) verification codes
• Transactional notifications such as project alerts and investor updates

Your phone number is used exclusively for transactional communications — never for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are not sold, shared, or used by any third party for marketing.

SMS messages are delivered through Twilio, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Twilio's use of your phone number is limited to delivering messages we initiate.

Opt-out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email us at daniel@azovgroup.com. Note that opting out may affect your ability to receive 2FA codes and time-sensitive notifications.

Cookies and Tracking

The public azovgroup.com website does not set any cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking tools on our public pages. There are no third-party trackers watching you here.

If you log into our project management application (BuildTrack), authentication tokens are stored in your browser's local storage. These are functional tokens required for the application to work — not tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably needed to serve the business purpose — typically for the duration of any resulting business relationship or inquiry. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and troubleshooting purposes.

Your Rights

You can request at any time to:

• Know what personal information we have about you
• Have your personal information deleted
• Correct any inaccurate information

Oregon Consumer Protection

We comply with the Oregon Consumer Identity Theft Protection Act and applicable Oregon consumer protection laws. If we ever experience a data breach involving your personal information, we will notify you as required by Oregon law (ORS 646A.604).

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the revised version here with a new effective date. For significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you.
