Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and project notifications. You may receive messages for account verification, security alerts, project status updates, and compliance notifications.

How You Consent to SMS: You consent to receive SMS messages when:
- An authorized administrator adds your phone number to your account during account creation, or
- You add or update your own phone number in your account settings.
By providing a phone number through either method, you expressly consent to receive autodialed SMS/text messages from Azov Group LLC at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform.
How to Opt Out of SMS: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us, or
- Removing your phone number from your account settings within the platform.
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-consent by adding your phone number again. For help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@azovgroup.com.
No Mobile Information Sharing: We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or any information collected through SMS opt-in/opt-out to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will only be shared with third parties when necessary to provide the SMS messaging service (i.e., our messaging provider, Twilio).
