SMS Consent & Opt-In Information

Azov Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") uses SMS/text messaging through our BuildTrack Pro platform to send transactional account notifications to authorized users. This page explains how phone numbers are collected, how consent is obtained, what messages you may receive, and how to opt out.
1. What Messages We Send
We send transactional SMS messages only — we do not send marketing or promotional texts. Messages you may receive include:
- Account verification codes
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) codes
- Project status alerts and notifications
- Vendor compliance reminders
- Security alerts (e.g., new device login)
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Most users receive only a few messages per month.

2. How Phone Numbers Are Added
Phone numbers are added to BuildTrack Pro through two methods:
Method 1 — Admin adds a phone number during account creation:
When a company administrator creates or invites a new user, they may enter the user's phone number as part of the account setup process. The phone number field is clearly labeled, and administrators are informed that providing a phone number will enable SMS notifications for that user.
Method 2 — User adds or updates their own phone number in account settings:
Any user can add or update their phone number by navigating to their Account Settings page within BuildTrack Pro. The phone number field includes a clear disclosure that providing a phone number constitutes consent to receive transactional SMS messages.
3. Consent Language
At the point of phone number collection (both admin and user flows), the following consent disclosure is presented:
"By providing a phone number, you consent to receive autodialed SMS/text messages from Azov Group LLC for account notifications, including verification codes, project alerts, and compliance reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase."
Providing a phone number through either method constitutes express written consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) to receive transactional SMS messages at the phone number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the platform. Users can use BuildTrack Pro without providing a phone number.
4. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time using either of these methods:
- Reply STOP: Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts.
- Remove your phone number: Log in to BuildTrack Pro, go to Account Settings, and remove or clear your phone number. SMS notifications will stop immediately.
After opting out, you will no longer receive any SMS messages from us unless you re-consent by adding your phone number again.

5. Data Privacy
We do not sell, share, rent, or disclose your mobile phone number or any information collected through SMS opt-in/opt-out to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number is shared only with Twilio, our third-party messaging provider, solely to deliver SMS messages on our behalf.
